Teacher Certification
The College of Education offers certification programs
in most teaching field approved and licensed by the State
Board of Education Certification (SBEC) of Texas. Through
the TEEMS program, a student may earn a BS in the following
areas:
- Middle School Mathematics
- Middle School Science
- Secondary Composite Science
- Secondary Physical Science
- Secondary Life Science
The Andrews Institute is able to offer
the Andrews Scholarship to students
who are majoring in one of the programs listed above.
The student must be admitted into the College of Education
in order to apply for the Andrews Scholar. All inquiries
